Our salesman Gavin was great to work with and seemed genuinely interested in working with us to get the best deal. The vehicle was very clean and delivered the same day and while we had a glitch or two with the paperwork it was corrected promptly . Had an aftermarket item installed correctly a few days later.

I brought my vehicle in because of a coolent and engine light. They said it would be two weeks before I could get an appointment. After they realized I was going to leave it on the car lot, they wrote the car up to get it ready. They finished in 3 days instead of 3 weeks.

I was very new to the car buying process and I did not feel that I was supplied with the proper knowledge before going in (my fault, of course), but I felt rushed and pushed out of there the evening I was there and the evening I purchased the vehicle. Great showroom, great vehicles to offer. I was also told I would get the best deal with it being the end of the month, and Mark came off $300 the original price - not much of a deal, in my opinion. ...

Definitely ask for David Palmer if you’re buying anything. He sure knows his stuff. It was the first time my husband and I enjoyed buying a car. He didn’t pressure and harass like every other car salesman. He actually listened to our needs and our budget. We will be buying from him from now on!

Could improve on communication. Dropped vehicle off on Thurs. night for appt. at 10 on Friday - had to call to check on car (after 3 PM) to be told they hadn't gotten to it yet. They did, however, get it in and fixed. Was able to pick the car up by close on Friday. I had to contact them - they stated they had many out - which I can appreciate knowing how things have been. Hope that will not be the case for them or us in the future.
Replacing part started in November. Actual replacement took less than 2 hours. Champion did a great job. Thanks…
