My initial visit was to diagnose and confirm my observations. The service writer was very thorough in keeping me up-to-date on how things were progressing. Parts needed to be ordered in order to fix the problem. Once the parts came in, I was notified and set up a follow up appointment. The repair was handled successfully, and my extended warranty was honored.
The service representative was very professional and courteous. The wait was minimal, and the waiting room was good.
CC went above and beyond! Shannon even held my baby while I switched the car seat to a courtesy car. Cannot recommend them enough to take care of your car and treat you well!
When I showed up they took me in promptly and performed the oil change quickly.

I was lied to and charge $1000 more than i was quoted. I would never use or recommend this dealership to anyone else. If it was just me, it would one thing but my daughter and husband both seen it too. I was lied too. He took my down payment and then marked it up 1000. the price that i quoted 24,900 something and price i had to pay 25,500 something with taking off thee $500 This car was demo with 6000 miles on it. Good service! Got my truck in without an appointment which was great but didn't get finished with the service job so had to leave my truck overnight which sucked. The people are great and the facilities are top tier. Price of the service call was in the range of what I was expecting and knew going in it was going to be higher since I was at a dealership.

I bought my truck without going to the dealer. The photos and David convinced me that this was a clean truck. Once delivered to my house the driver told me he hadn’t.seen such a nice used truck. No rattling, squeaking. He told me it was a great ride and he couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. A month later and it’s all i hoped it would be.

Well most of the time they are decent. The last two services have been not so good. They’ve been fast but that’s probably part of the problem. They are pencil whipping the check off list. I went in for oil change and tire rotation I complained about my brakes usage being high and was told they would check it’s part of the check list. My Cadillac Lyriq became unresponsive after an aborted OTA update. Had to be towed in late on a Friday. I was warned it could be several days before they could get to it. But it was ready the following Wednesday. I had heard horror stories of other Lyriq owners in different areas of their vehicle being in shop for months so I was prepared for the worse.

The salesman and dealer was great.service was excellant.only improvement in signing for the car loan with options given on different plans for coverage should be given extended time to consider, some other dealers give u 30 days to change or upgrade plans of coverage.its alot to consider and discuss in just a few minutes of signing papers.
