I have purchased numerous trucks and corvettes and recently a Black Raven Escalade and communication was terrible, at best. I just purchased a truck from the sales lady Kristen a year previous as well. I recall the same issue back then unless they needed me for something, which they did. They called begging me to come back and sign paperwork again 3 weeks after purchase because Eastman didn’t like it for whatever reason. Kristen swore there wasn’t any room for wiggle on the price on the truck and said the same for the Escalade. I gave her the benefit of the doubt with the 2nd vehicle, hoping she would give me a little bit of a break instead of worrying about lining her pocket, but money isn’t everything. The old saying, “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice….” Yea. I’d recommend anybody else, and I don’t even know any of the other salesmen/women. And those finance fellas will come at you like vultures as well and get upset if you deny their added protection plan. Nice vehicles on the lot, though!

It's usually a long wait to get an appointment but that's because they do great work and always in a short time, that's the reason why they are so busy.

My wife had to have her Cadillac repaired from water in the gas tank. Thankfully BP paid for it all. Service was great but we asked multiple times for a loaner car and Champion would always tell us they didn’t have one. I thought that was poor business for a Cadillac dealer. Most luxury service departments provide a loaner car even if you’re having your oil changed. Let alone $3000 worth of work done. In the end the service was done correctly and we got her car back. Just could’ve been a better experience.

The dealership was friendly, patient, clean and inviting. In the finance department, loved that desk - sized computer to actually see the options for additional protection for your vehicle.

They charged me to fix an update that was pushed by Chevy and disabled my apple car play! It wasn’t right that I am getting charged because the Chevy updates caused things to be taken off that were previously there. The dealership should do these free of charge because it’s not the customers fault that updates being pushed by Chevy are causing issues for the customer. These updates have to be done so the warranty stays valid. Then my truck has the recall engine and transmission and I told my service adviser and they want to change the fluid in my transmission! Instead of doing their due diligence they are making the customer spend 700 bucks to replace transmission fluid early instead of resolving the issue.

I was not given any information after I brought my truck in to have them look at it. After a few minutes of waiting, I retrieved my keys from the check out desk. No one gave me any information of what was found to be the issue.

Very professional friendly and welcoming. Hands down a great service department!!! Would highly recommend them.
